There has been a lot of confusion regarding the "Jurisdictional" propane gas systems; whether a system IS or IS-NOT considered "Jurisdictional".

Once you have determined that you have or may have a propane gas system that comes under the control of 49 CFR Part 192 you are required to employ properly trained personnel to cover any aspect of the system that you have direct contact with.

We are currently offering 16 different training modules that cover the required tasks as set forth in codes; we are conducting our third annual 4- day training and certification session in Augusta, Maine.

The first 2- day session is May 25, 26, 2011 and the second 2- day session is June 29, 30, 2011. Both 2- day sessions need to be attended to receive Certification in all 16 tasks.
